DEEP & SOULFUL HOUSE (June 2011)

Will Milton feat. Myra - Everlasting Love Blak Ink

The latest release from Blak Ink is a summer sizzler just in time for your summer parties. With a fusion of that old school R&B feeling laced with contemporary house music, with Myra's seductive voice blending over big melodies and a amazing rhythm which makes this release stand out from others. Already a firm favourite at Milton's' club residency in Downtown Newark New Jersey Power Line, the world now gets to experience this beauty. How house music should sound, get it right now.

Gene Hunt ft. Ms Jocelyn - Get Away Mixed Signals Music

Having recently checked out the Alton Miller album 'Light Years Away' Mixed Signals Music has really been catching my ear of late. The latest features a debut release from Chicago legend Gene Hunt. Included on the package are four remixes of vocal house music. Standout for me are the deeper sounding Seawind mixes and the more club friendly from lead producer Gene Hunt who really adds his magic touch on the 'Unreleased Vocal Mix'. Looking forward to hearing more from this label in 2011, a shout out to Andy Roberts executive producer.

Musaria feat. Saturna - Moment (Atjazz Re-Fixes) Atjazz Record Company

Another monster package of mixes of this already classic house song featuring the sultry vocals of Saturna. Following the success of the  'Original' these new re-fixes again showcase the ability of Atjazz as one of the most sought after producers in the deep house scene. Martin takes you on a journey of newly formed afro tech drums alongside its usual Kick and click this song really takes you home.  Also available on the package are Martin's now trademark Astro Remixes, you may think one for the heads but these are fast becoming sought after on the dancefloor as well as your cd wallet. Must have package, stunning new remixes.

Lovebirds feat. Stee Downes - Want You In My Soul Winding Road

Once every few year's comes a record that really puts a chill down your spine, and this is surely a contender. Lead track 'Want You In My Soul' see's the Lovebirds team up with Stee Downes. The collaboration is nothing short of a masterpiece which starts off in a lush sweet ambience ever building into a deep house bomb, that will take the roof off summer parties. Chris T from Crazy P fame hit's the front remix wise adding his personal touch of disco influence to the release. Also included in the package is the 'Give Me a Dubfck' which will appeal to the tougher floors. One of the releases of the year so far.

The Demetrios Project - Feel Alive 2011 Mixes MN2S

One of the early label releases from London based MN2S, see's a new lease of life for 2011. The original was a r&b cut with Jamie Lewis turning it first into an instant classic. Now Wales based man of moment Sean McCabe gives it an update and you only expect quality from this talented producer. Already has hit top ten on most download sites, so don't miss out. 4/5
